ALEXANDRIA 22304 HOUSING INVENTORY

The Alexandria zip code of 22304 includes a number of sought after neighborhoods, including Townes at Cameron Parke, Cameron Station and Summers Grove. 

Right now, there are 18 fee simple (non-condo) townhouses for sale in zip code 22304, ranging in price from $419,900 to $780,000 with an average list price of $639,406 and average days on market of 25 days. Of those 18 listings, 14 properties are located in Cameron Station, 2 in Townes at Cameron Parke, 1 each in Summers Grove and Cameron Knolls.
